1. ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING SOLUTION
FOR DGP OFFICE VIJAYAWADA
The Director-General Of Police (DGP) Office located atVijayawada, Andhra
Pradesh consists of 18 district stations in the state and a police force of 3,000
men and women. The headquarters were facing a major issue connecting with
their vastly located police force across different districts in Andhra Pradesh.
The team was unable to sync with daily law enforcement cases due to
limitations with a video conferencing system at their headquarters. Mr.
Subbarao, Inspector and ASI at Vijayawada Police Station, turned to Rahi
Systems for a suitable solution to match their requirement.
Rahi Systems had taken up the assignment on high priority and conducted a
Needs analysis based on the customer’s requirement, time crunch, and
budget.
After a comprehensive analysis of their requirement, the Rahi Systems team
came to the conclusion that the client wanted to connect with all police
stations under their jurisdiction through video conferencing. The bigger
challenge was internet bandwidth as most of the police stations were in
remote locations and the internet bandwidth was not consistent.
The client wanted to host a video conference from the DGP Head Office with
more than 1,000 participants and requested us to provide HD quality audio
and video that consumed only minimum bandwidth usage. They wanted the
solution to be user-friendly.

2. It needed to have a single click to connect calls, unique password-
protected meeting ID, and be able to record meetings over the cloud.
Also, they needed it to have a simultaneous screen and content
sharing that allows videos to be played and software easily accessible
from desktops, mobile phones, and tablets.
SOLUTIONS
After an extensive site survey from the Rahi Systems team,
Rahi provided a proof of concept, introducing the Zoom Video
Conferencing Solution and suggested that Rahi help them deploy
Zoom for smooth communication between multi-located police
stations and the head office in Vijayawada.
The Rahi team conducted a demo Zoom call with 834 participants from
various districts connecting back to the head office. Rahi gave the
client an HD quality audio and video experience through Zoom. Then,
Rahi moved to the bigger challenge of providing a system that could
keep up with internet bandwidth as low as 2 Mbps for internet

After the deployment was successfully completed,
Rahi Systems had the honor to extend their services to the Chief
Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Yeduguri Sandinti Jaganmohan Reddy
during the inaugural of the Disha Police Station and App
at Rajamahendravaram . At the launch, Rahi conducted a live Zoom call
for more than 1,000 participants connecting police stations from all
districts of the state to the event space.
