India has been overtaken as the world leader in call centers by the Philippines'
Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) assiduity. Currently, BPO accounts for the
majority of the Philippines' GDP. We then provide you with quick statistics and
figures regarding it. Also known as the IT-BPM (Information Technology and
Business Process operation) sector, it is the rapidly expanding assiduity of the nation
and consists of the client relationship, support, and KPO (knowledge process
outsourcing encompassing digital agencies, software development, and fiscal
backroom services). Every time, new investments are made and contracts are signed.
Millions of Filipinos once considered the developed world as a destination for their
careers, but the post-pandemic recovery shortened the previously protracted
process of leaving the country. Nowadays, Filipinos prioritize upskilling, taking a
chance on employment in the original outsourcing industry, or working
independently.
1. Companies based in the United States, Australia, and Europe currently outsource a
lot of their work to the Philippines in order to reduce prices and maintain their
competitiveness.
2. In terms of outsourcing locations worldwide, the Philippines is second only to
India in terms of BPO expertise. But since 2010, we have overtaken India as the

maintain their adaptability in the face of the pandemic by adopting remote and chilly

longer-term solution with programs that address the requirements of the population.
