The instructor will divide students into teams for a swimming medley relay season based on prior swimming experience and skills. There will be 5 teams of 4 students each that will practice and compete against each other. Throughout the season, students will compete in individual skills competitions and exhibition races to practice their medley relay skills. They will track team stats and provide self-evaluations. Finally, all teams will compete in a final 50m medley relay race to conclude the season.
