There is no such papers send by Mr. Navin Kabra ,the so called Techi of Pune. I think he dont have the
knowledge of research paper writing. That’s why he might have submitted a fake paper for the conference
which is auto generated. He always want to highlight himself and his nonsense sight Punetech.com.
He came to the event with a fake identity to learn how an conference is suppose to be conducted. As he
signed the conference registration form, the management team has all the rights to cancel/publish the
paper at any time. Every conference should have to publish a book called conference prodeeings. Can he
show
the
conference
proceedings
containing
his
fake
paper?
It is not possible to review almost 150 papers for the conference very deeply. Their might be a human
error for this paper selection. Can you show any such mistake from other conferences they have done
before?
I think he had hacked the conference email ID and send the acceptance letter to his own paper to highlight
himself in a very non sense manner.
What Organizer could do if the delegates refuses to attain the event at the last moment because it was a
year ending rush time. They can't cancel the event. So I am giving thanks to the organizer to conduct the
event.
According to Prof. Suresh Rathord IITK,India this is a absolute human error as i am suspecting because
one of my student has send one paper which was accepted in IEEE but has been rejected by Institute of
Research and Journals Chennai Conference on 25th Dec 2013.They suggested him to modify the
content.So how could such a paper containing non related contents get accepted by reviewers. In our
college conference also we had selected one paper which was in rejection list but our inexperienced
conference coordinator send him an acceptance letter because she was very new. So when we got to know
this problem we immediately stopped the publication. So there is nothing important it is a regular affair
for conference organizers and they have all the rights to cancel the publication and registration of author
immediately at any time. There is nothing wrong in that. I think the Institute of Research and
Journals(IRAJ) should file an case against Mr. Navin Kabra as he used this organization to highlight
himself
and
his
organization
in
such
a
bad
manner.
I have contacted many universities and professors. they told me that the coordinator should take care
about that and the organizers should educate about clerical work behind the conference. But selecting a
paper which is not related to the conference mistakenly is not a crime. Because most of the coordinators
may be very young and college students.
