represents designated online giving, a
specific fundraiser, or goal and each
can connect to a different Chart of
Accounts for your Accounting.

1. Managing goals as projects
allows administrators to:
• Easily report and track
progress of a specific goal
while managing a central fund.
• Promote projects
independently with their own
text & QR codes, photos and
giving pages.
2. Allows donors to select which
project their donation with benefit.
5. How to Create a Project
Step 1:
Login as Administrator
Step 2:
Select Project/Events from
left pane.
Step 3:
Select Create New Project

Enter project settings and Save
Changes.
Note that these settings are specific to
the project. Each project has a
separate fund goal, URL, text and QR
codes for promoting. Additionally, an
account can be assigned for accounting
purposes.

through social media, in
email campaigns, and
newsletters.
8. The Donor will have Options
When a donor gives to your
organization, they will have the
option to select from a list of
projects.
The administrator can set a
project inactive at any time under
project settings, and it will drop
off the project list the donor
selects.

9. Transactions by Project
The Administrator will see the
project designation in their list of
transactions received.
10. Review
• The steps to managing projects:
• Login as administrator.
• Select Project/Events from left pane.
• Select Create New Project.
• Enter project information, settings, and Save
• Don’t forget the photos!
• Repeat for multiple projects.
• Promote projects independently through project page, or centrally through
your organization page.
• Monitor your projects.
