ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE:
PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLS (Created program)
Momentary control relay using latching and non-latching relay, using interlock to prevent motor burnout, using binary bit to
control master relay, time on and time off relay and cascade timing program, creating alternating sequence with timer, using
counter up and down to keep track inventory, S4 timer to count the time to turning the light on with right time, create program
using 2 intake pump, mixer, heater, display panel to run and make different mixed batch system. Using robotic arms and
conveyor belt to interact and execute program with music using sequencer program, using compare, math instruction to display
in the panel, use subroutine to run different program.
MOTOR CONTROL (Installing hardware)
Installing from simple jog switch to control motor with motor starter, dual start, cascading start, reverse start, reverse time out
start, time delay start, time off delay, time delay shut off, time off delay shut off.
Trouble shooting with motor system, checking connectivity, installing right overload setting with proper code, changing motor
speed with VFD.
NEC code – Installing 240V machine from electrical panel to the machine using new circuit breaker and 12G wire, 3 way
control switch, 4 ways switch, NM cable, EMT bending and installing, MC cable, FMC cable, wiring and trouble shooting,
GFCI and AFCI installation. Multi-wire set up with 3phase panel, motion sensor, photo sensor, fluorescent light, recessive light
installation . various NEC rules: loading calculation, wiring box calculation, receptacle rule, GFCI and AFCI rules.
