- North west falls into the North area which will be staffed by RBM, Ireland, RBM Scotland, RBM North west and North Wales, with stella as Area Manager, a role which also includes RBM NEYH. The Area North team also has a BDM North – responsible for developing our Awarding Body work (previously held by john daviesUnfortunatley we have not been successful in recruiting to either RBM NW or BDM North in the last two recruitment campaigns. We appointed RBM Scotland, RBM London and Area Manager South in september.Despite offers being made we failed to appoint to any of the continuing vacancies in december, First interviews now complete again secong interviews 21 – 23 february. Hopefuly to appoint to vacant toles in April. Include RBM South West and Wales, RBM South East The focus of the new teams is Business development we run a 12m business, half from membership income, quarter from Awarding Body, remaining quarter from commercial training and consultancy servicesNew BD team sell who portfoolio, Commercial products and services, membership, Chartered Manager and qualificationsPortolio previously split across three team with three senior managers pulling in opposite directionsSingle BD team, regionally based.Appointment of National branch Manager – Phil Davey to support the Forums and the branches. The RBMs will still work with branches and Forums.We have also been working hard to develop the central resources available to branches and forums. – events team, Kevin and Stacey, Regional Support Team Bernie, Claire and Karen
