19. Understanding the Banners

• If it is yours, click on the banner to
view their closet and choose an
item of theirs to swap for this item.
• If it’s not yours, this item is currently
not available as someone else has
already requested a swap.
Two users have chosen items from
each other to swap and are just waiting
for final confirmation from one of the
users.
Swap has been finalised and this item
is no longer available.

requesting section

33. Item owner receives an email notifying them that someone wants their item
and a link to their closet.
Their item will appear in their closet with a red banner on it as below.

34. Item owner clicks on or pink banner to be taken to your closet to choose
something.

35. Item owner is taken to your closet to choose something.

36. Item owner selects item for swap

37. Item owner confirms they are happy with the swap

38. In your closet, the item you have requested now has a green banner on it to
let you know that the swap is ready to be finalised as the other user has
found an item of yours to swap.

39. In your closet, the item you have requested now has a green banner on it to
let you know that the swap is ready to be finalised as the other user has
found an item of yours to swap.

40. Click on the green banner to confirm swap.

41. Both users receive a confirmation email with full addresses details for postage and contact email
address of the other user.
Both users send their item.
Once items are received, both users leave feedback regarding their experience with the other user
by going to their closet and clicking ‘leave feedback’.
