ONLINE SIMULATED TRAINING
Use innovative teaching methods in nursing education to stay ahead of the learning
curve for patient safety. These modules are used in nursing school curriculum and for
workforce on-boarding to assess and validate skills in a virtual patient environment.
Modules have been evaluated by nursing staff in hospitals and long-term care
facilities for content relevance, usability, learner-engagement, and effectiveness.

User scores are tracked to measure performance and

academic scores and professional accreditation.

1. FALLS PREVENTION:
Evaluate knowledge and skills
to identify relevant patient HR
factors and room objects that
relate to patient fall risk.
2. PRESSURE ULCERS:
Skin inspection, ulcer
identification, and prevention
strategies with interaction
between nurse and patient
using Braden Scale for
predicting pressure ulcer risk.
3. INCONTINENCE (IASD):
Incontinence related skin
damage in a long-term setting,
gain understanding of a
standardized assessment tool
to facilitate communication
around skin damage.
