1. I, Mrs Chrissy Fischetti was given the honor to STEP abroad with Miami's
Finest Professional Entertainer. We went back in time when life was much simpler
, yet still not so simple for the African American Men & Women. This most
positively full of life and high energy is non other then The Incredible
Entertainer {STEP~EZZ} from Miami Florida. STEP took me around Miami to see life
as it is, I was not surprised but more sadden then I have ever felt! STEP and I
have heard the stories from within and out of the Community as well it's
surrounding Communities regarding the hopes and dreams of many African Americans
who wanted so badly and desperately to be considered equally throughout the
system, because without equality they feared their dreams and hopes for a
brighter future for them as well as their children and their children's children
would be lost. Keeping in mind, that our children are our future. Their beliefs
are, that International Communities need to be Pioneers in a sustainable living,
personal and cultural transformation, and peaceful social evolution" Whether
family or not. These stories touched not only my heart deep within, it had also
touched the amazing and talented heart of STEP~EZZ. This information was in no
way new to STEP, as he himself had to grow up deal and live within these unequal
environments that surrounded him and to this very day still do. Except there was
indeed a mission here for STEP, that one day he would go beyond recognition to
help others by reminding and guiding them of not only their self worth but their
values. STEP went into detail about how we all indeed have a purpose and a great
one in fact! However, there are many ways for a person or persons to value
themselves and assess their worth as human being, and some of these are more
psychologically beneficial than others." STEP by STEP, STEP~EZZ Showed the
proper STEPS that needed to be taken to overcome anyone's fears of succeeding
successfully. Today this is exactly what STEP~EZZ has done and continues to do
growing successfully every day STEP by STEP to accomplish. Not just for
STEP~EZZ'S Goals but the Goals of everyone that surrounds him day in and day

STEP~EZZ PERFORMANCE :
STEP~EZZ has performed his first Talent Show at the age of eleven years old, He
received a standing ovation and won First Place "Grand Prize" with, Miami's
{GOLD MEDAL}. Since then, STEP~EZZ has performed in multiple events that
included opening for the Famous {Reggae Artist} *Shaggy* at the New Year's Day
Fedex Orange Bowl Beach Bash. STEP~EZZ brought the house down with standing
ovations {Once Again}. This happens consistently at each event STEP~EZZ Opens
for or performs at. STEP~EZZ has also been in videos with, ACE HOOD, RICK ROSS,{
RICKY ROZAY }, WIZ KHALIFA, JAMIE FOXX, SNOOP DOGG, DADA 5000, FLO-RIDA, LIL
WAYNE, TNT BARBER, BOSSMAN, TAYLOR SWIFT, JOJO SIMMONS-YOBO, ARSON, CHRIS
TUCKER, MOBB DEEP, ICE CUBE, STEP UP REVOLUTION, SOULJA BOY, RAY J, AND MANY

BIO} STEP~EZZ has Performed for numerous Free-Style Competitions Worldwide,
including but not limited in his own home town of Miami Florida.
With that being said,
STEP~EZZ'S GOALS;
STEP~EZZ'S Goals Were to first see the possibilities as well, the qualities in
everything, anything and everyone he was in contact with wherever he was. STEP
knew in his mind, heart and soul that he must reassure every child, youth
including adults to succeed is to TO KEEP GOING, No matter if they were Tired,
STEP told them to' KEEP GOING... No matter if they were Scared, STEP told them
to' KEEP GOING... No matter if they were Hungry, STEP told them... They MUST
KEEP GOING IF THEY EVER WANTED TO TASTE FREEDOM... For if they kept STEPPING
FORWARD & KEPT MOVING, that it would inevitably and eventually set them free of
any fears they have ever had. STEP concluded by stating the very true fact that,
it is exactly what has to be done from within their souls, hearts and minds.
Passion is KEY Because a body in motion will always stay in motion, a mind that
is set to succeed will always succeed, a soul that loves from within and out,
will indeed always love unconditionally from within and out no matter what!

Another important Goal and factor of STEP~EZZ was his passion to learn,
recognize and understand that he had to clone his own gifts, talents, knowledge
and skills to help others to become the best they can be with the guidance of ;

2. STEP~EZZ The All Time Perfect Entertainer With The Most Recognition and Best
Performance given In The Entertainment Industry.
STEP~EZZ FIRST HIT WONDER SINGLE;
In 2006 STEP~EZZ released his first single entitled *Rippin 305* Which
(currently has eight songs recorded on his first album released in late
2006  , and is recording multiple songs for his new album to be released in
early summer of 2009.
STEP~EZZ'S FUNDRAISING FOR A CAUSE;
STEP~EZZ has become an amazing friend of the communities by donating much of his
time and efforts to perform and fund raise at local charity events. There are
Two of the causes that he keeps close to his chest. The first being the;
{ Stay at school & Learn to Vote tour ,} which he created to raise the
importance of an education while encouraging them to stay in school as part his
tour. STEP~EZZ also educates the students on, the high price and value of, the
{importance of Voting when they reach the age of 18}. So the leaders of
tomorrow, will have paved a way of their own future.
STEP~EZZ'S STAND UP AND BE COUNTED;
With the election of President Barack Obama, now is the time for the African
American community to stand up for itself and take the reachable opportunities
that are within their grasps. Now was and is the time to stand up and show the
world that we to bleed blue and are all just as equal here on Earth. The second
Cause that STEP~EZZ contributes to is, he works diligently and tirelessly with
efforts that are limitless with his mother and manager, Chiquitta Elegeant Hills
from the World-Renowned Elegeant Entertainment. {Please keep in mind Mom was a
teen mom}, this was all done for the *Non For Profit* {Non Profit}  "Wings
For Life." Wings For Life, is an Non Profit Organization that offers shelter
and education for troubled teen mothers. STEP~EZZ Sponsored the very successful
1st Annual * Wings For Life * Red Carpet Celebration on December
19th 2008. The event raised thousands of dollars for the Great Non Profit
Organization * Wings For Life * Program.
STEP~EZZ independently sold thousands of units for the Organization on the
street corners, gas stations, car washes, wherever and whenever he could. Now
STEP~EZZ is a household name in South Florida and with the innovative marketing
strategies developed by Elegeant his mom. This to this very day they are
presently still very active. I.E. STEP~EZZ Bottled Water sold at every event and
in local markets. STEP is ready to move on to the National and International
Stages with an explosive Trademark that STEP~EZZ does when he hits the Stages,
It is definitely a must see and no I can not tell you his one but not only
originally done amazing and unique Trademark. STEP~EZZ will
continue his services by working as the Communities Top Organizer for many many
years to come or until but not before the day God says that his work is done.
This confident, positive and full of energy Professional Entertainer has already
been recognized as an A~Lister. One who's an up and coming shooting Star said in
public statements by several Well Known A~Lister Artists Known as Ludacris, Sean
Kingston, Lil Wayne and MANY, MANY, MORE Famous A~Listers.
THE QUARTER MILE;
* In 20o4 STEP performed in the Quarter Mile Style Car Show.
* In July 2004 STEP performed at The Charles Hadley Park Celebration Of
Independence Day.
* In 2005 STEP he performed at The MLK
{KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE CONCERT}
* In 2006 STEP~EZZ recorded a Jingle for The Revelation Flea Market in Naranja,
Florida. That indeed had been a widespread and heavily televised Commercial,
this Aired across The Famous Network BET Adelphia Cable Networks. STEP performed
as a Special Guest Star for Homestead and South Dade Football Games After
Parties.
STEP~EZZ'S CAMEO'S DONE WITH A~LISTER ARTISTS;
* In March 2007 STEP~EZZ had completed the Cameo that he was featured in with
the Famous A~Lister Ludacris. This is Ludacris's Original {Official Video} named
 SLAP  Featured By, D.P.T. Records LLC and Def Jam. The Songwriting was
written By Non Other Jermaine Jackson The Son of One & Only Famous Joe Jackson

rated #6 on the Billboard Charts. STEP~EZZ raised the Billboard Charts with his
amazing skills and talent portraying an * Infamous Thug * who had the capability
of performing many tricks of the trade that of a car thief, widely known as, a
gifted { Jack Boy } STEP~EZZ'S Performance gave an outstanding balance of
completion to the video.
* In October 2007 STEP~EZZ did a Cameo which he featured in the Famous Sean
Kingston s  I ll take you there  music video Directed By, Gil Green
Filmed in STEP'S hometown of Miami. This Features A~Lister Rick Ross, J.R.
Rothem, DJ Khaled, Gunplay & STEP~EZZ. STEP played the part of a back drop
Dancer in the Clubs. This Video & Track Hit #1 {100%} Times Over the rest.
* In 2007 Step Ezz modeled for the 2007 Children s Trust Fund and Health
Connect that features local talent on posters. These posters are distributed and
located in over 685 schools across Dade and Broward County, As part of Health
connect Step Ezz goes to schools to speak to the students about the pitfalls of
sexually transmitted diseases. His main goal is to promote abstinence.
* In 2007 a performance at Zoe's Summer Groove Block Party rocked over 1000+
that day alone. It was so crazy that even Icon Prince Markie D from 103.5 The
Beat Miami " He Ripped It " Seventeen-Year Old plans to into the nationally like
never before relating to but not limited to everyday issues that the young
Societies face on a daily.
* In June 2009 Step Ezz has been casted in a feature film clips of
{Regrets from Lions Gate} Along with the Famous Warner Brothers. STEP played a
Drug Dealer which is a person or persons that sells illegal Narcotics named " T
"{explanation theme of the Movie}. STEP'S Song *Sitting on 24 s* was indeed
featured part of the movies soundtrack.
STEP~ EZZ'S DREAM;
To teach Inner City Youth about Stepping up to grab their dreams because it is
never too late. In STEPP'S own words, I will educate the Citizens the many
opportunities that we proud African American people of the United States have.
I will remind the many that they too can choose any path of life that their
STEPS choose to take them, But they need to take that first Step! Whether it be
in Music Industry, or another path, I will help get them there always! STEP~EZZ
Music and Lyrics will be therapy for the young & older generation. STEP~EZZ is
indeed a leader and a great prospective Role Model in the Homestead Community
and beyond.
STEP~EZZ is constantly trying his best to earn THE KEY TO HIS CITIES HOMETOWN OF
MIAMI, which is a very much important Goal & factor to STEP~EZZ! Another Goal is
to assist the needy people in South Africa by any means but within Legal Rights
necessary, hoping to one day attend college to educate himself in the Music
Business Industry.

to announce that I Mrs. Chrissy Fischetti have found yet another passionate
Artist and I have been given once again the greatest opportunity to work with
