FILM, PHOTOGRAPHY, MULTIMEDIA
I have travelled the world making documentary based promotional films and photography for a range of non profits
and charities to local based Glasgow charities and museums. I have also shot broadcast footage for the BBC, Sky
News, CNN and other media outlets as well as corporate clients such as Tennent's and Natwest.
2. In 2010 I completed a MA in Documentary Photography course after gaining a distinction for my multimedia project
on Glasgow. Most of my work is multi media based – using photography, audio and video to tell the story. Long-
term photography projects include - Disappearing Glasgow (a continuation multimedia project documenting
Glasgow's Regeneration) and State Institutions for Children in Eastern Europe.
In 2014 I won 2 Scottish BAFTA awards for my first broadcast documentary that was subsequently broadcast on
Aljazeera. My photography has been exhibited throughout the UK and Europe and I regularly have photography and
articles published in several broadsheet newspapers. I shoot, direct and edit all my own films, but have also worked
with Production companies as part of a team on overseas assignments.
In 2015 I directed and filmed a short promotion film for an International NGO working to close state orphanages for
children. The film was used to spearhead a UK AID match-funding project that raised over £4 million for its work in
Rwanda.
