How can a teacher cater to all learners with varied learning styles and multiple
intelligences?

It is known to every teacher that a classroom is composed of different learner with
multiple intelligences and learning style. A great teacher expects to meet student’sdiversity. In
other words a teacher must be ready to accept responsibilities and take it positively. One of the
factor that a teacher must consider is the law of readiness, because it is a great help where and
when to start the lesson. That’s why educator talks about assessment. To evaluate the students
prior knowledge and skills. Then, it is the time for teacher to use methodologies that would fit to
the student intelligences anddifferent strategies to address the needs of the students.
