4. Work is a necessity
Work for most people is a necessity.
Something that they must do because of
reasons already mentioned or because the
society tells them so.
For most people, work deprives them from
freedom, decision making and time.
“This is false! Prove it!”
5. A Proof
People need to rest from work or go to
vacations in order to distract. In the long run
work is something that people find
pleasurable to get away from. In Eastern
Europe people change their workplace every
1½ – 2 years.

To a great extend
7. Where the issue comes from?
people :
•are very bad at planning and projecting the
future.
•fail to identify the coming economic and
political trends
•study for professions they don’t feel happy
with and that lack demand from the
business
•result is major dissatisfaction, lesser
productivity and turns work to a necessity
8. What is the solution?
If all was so easy:
•Early recognition of individual qualities and
talents
•Education allocated in the field of individual
interest and capacity
•Work coherent with the previous two
9. Reality
•Identify the motives of present workers
•Provide them sense of freedom
•Creativity
•Mastery
•And constant constructive feedback
•Create the rules together
10. The Future of work
Future work must identify the competitive
advantage of every country, specialize in it
with motivated and satisfied employers who
produce more, spend more and care more.
