4. BLACK OUT Imagine, with no warning all over Globe at the same time for 30 min electrical devices stop working? I believe that may happen in closest future and it is a real thread for our generation and one of possible 21st Century Disasters. Can you imagine the number of people hurt or killed by BLACOUT? Unimaginable 1000000000 of injured 1000000 bus accidents 1000000 of fires 1 000 000 000`s of Car crashes 100000 plane catastrophes 1000000 of drawn Ships
5. Why BLACKOUT mayhappen? CAN BE CAUSED by SEVERAL FACTORS: Mother Nature: some kind of magnetic field, radiation comes like a wave over Earth for a very short period of time, because of people overusage of electronic devices Human-made: As nowadays we are overspending the needs and all the time inventing new and new devices, then by a mistake someone has invented an powerful magnetic weapon Deliberate: Someone or some group of people have done it on purpose IN PAST: We are lucky that we do not have previous experience with this kind of disaster.
6. How to prepare for BLACKOUT? Consider following ideas for individuals and groups of people, for companies, governments and everyone else who are dependent of electrical devices: Where possible, replace electricaldeviceswith alternative; Make a plan on how you are going to react when “The DAY” comes; Go learn from people who knows how live without electrical devices, become more independent; Evaluate possible threads of each of device, when it stops working. (Car, mobile phone, computer, etc.) Learn and participate in first aid courses, it may be useful, as there wont be enough doctors to helpin “the DAY”;
7. My PLAN works? Plan is not difficult to make it happen. Just have to have will to do it! All points mentioned in previous slide, are reachable and possible. IT WOULD WORK also because: My parents just recent 20 years ago were able to live full fledged life and did not use as much of devices as we are using now. With economic crisis peole can afford to buy less, meaning they will somehow end up learning on how to do things in “old” way. People are eager to study and gain knowledge.
8. Positiveimpact. By reducing an amount of devices we could possibly avoid future BLACKOUT, unless its not made by humans; By learning how to do things by ourselves, we somehow fulfill personalities and upgrade our skills, and knowledge never can be too much; MOST IMPORTANT! By being ready for BLACKOUT we will be able to save more lifes.
