1. So many people confuse transcription and translation. The two words are very distinct. We shall
be defining the two words and also listing where you can get the best transcription and
translation services online.
What is translation?
Translation have two broad meanings:
First, it can be defined as the process of translating words or text from one language to another.
What is implies is that translation is the art of translating a document from English to German or
vice versa. It is possible you have a document in one language but you want it in another language
because you can’t understand the original language of the document. This where you need
translation.
Second, translation can also be defined as the conversion of something from one medium to
another. Translation in this context does not necessarily mean translating from one language to
another language; you can translate a document in the same language but from one form to

Now, we move over to transcription. A transcript is usually referred to as a printed or written
