“What can we do to avoid the fear of reporting
accidents that people have in our company?
“For a long time, our people have been focused on
safety and risk prevention. At least, it seemed so.
Why can’t we lower our accident rate?”

In response to a request from one of our customers in August 2004 we
designed a program to change people’s behaviors and habits,
reinforcing safety.
The Program for Generating and Reinforcing Safety Behaviors and
Habits is a program prompting people to switch to a different way of
thinking, making safety a habit.
People’s behaviors are directly related to their beliefs and everyday
experiences.
