Paul McAleer firmly believes design is the way he can empower people to be their very best selves. This philosophy is expressed through Paul's work: he's a UX Manager at the renowned agency Rightpoint, and the co-host of the podcast Designing Yourself. His work ranges from growing and leading UX teams in times of change, to developing cross-channel product strategy efforts and conducting internal workshops.
