#createthefuture Agile practices have given us the tools we need to respond to change in an unpredictable world. With this foundation in place, where better to focus than on creating the future? Through codeX we’ve created a breakthrough education program training talented apprentices to be passionate developers, using agile thinking at every level of the program. As a coach I help ordinary software teams tap the creativity they need to create their own breakthrough changes. Combining elements from such thinking as complexity, creativity and neuroscience with the practical skills of software development, it’s amazing how many solutions we find to some pretty boring problems.
