UTHealth – The University of Texas Health Science Centre at Houston is located in the
Texas Medical Centre, the largest medical centre in the world.

3. They reached out to our sales team with a requirement for WebEx Live Captioning. They were
hosting a 1-day conference on LGBTQ+ healthcare.
Our Work With UTHealth:
When Alyssa reached out to us with a requirement
for live captioning their LGBTQ+ healthcare
conference, we were beyond thrilled to work with
her team. At CaptioningStar, we believe in
inclusivity in our personal and as well work
environment. It’s 2021 and, high time we started
treating everyone equally and respect one another
without judgement.

4. The 1-day conference had 3 sessions, and we provided the right captioners to facilitate the
captioning for the sessions. The client shared the link for their WebEx conference room and we
took things from there.
It only took us a few short emails to understand what the client was looking for and set things in
motion. We couldn’t be more proud to have been part of something so futuristic and important.
Hosting On Webex:
CaptioningStar has performed Live Captioning on multiple platforms like Zoom, WebEx,
GoToWebinar, Vimeo, Eventfinity, and Ringcentral. So with our combined years of practice
and our team staying upbeat with all the new updates and features of online streaming
platforms, we hosted our client with ease and confidence.
