My first thought when reading your description was genital warts - I checked your previous
questions to see if there was mention of being sexually active, I see you were concerned about HPV
too and were waiting on tests - if your tests have confirmed this is not genital warts then you're fine
and no need to see a new gynecologist.
If they are just skin tags then they're harmless, if they are particularly noticeable you may want to
consider removal so not to freak-out any future partners who may suspect HPV too, they can leave
scaring but not always.
