1. I’m writing this letter of recommendation for Bryce Young. Bryce has reported directly to me
from May of 2016 until present, while attending the University of Toledo. I find Bryce to be an
excellent worker, who is dependable, friendly, customer service oriented, and meets deadlines
when needed. Some of Bryce’s main duties include image building, mass deployment, working
in active directory, and creating and modifying group policies. Whatever projects I’ve asked
Bryce to complete have been done on time, efficiently, and with excellent technical proficiency.
Bryce is a quick learner and is adept at analyzing and identifying solutions when
troubleshooting the issues that arise. His ability to comprehend and resolve complex tasks is
one of his finest attributes. I’ve always been impressed with Bryce’s attitude and willingness to
go out of his way to help our patrons. In my duties, I’m responsible for the library technology
on two campuses, so I often rely on Bryce to troubleshoot and resolve issues without direct
supervision, which is greatly appreciated. I’d highly recommend Bryce for employment. Feel
