The Ladies Auxiliary Patriotic Art Contest

2. Brooke Kuecker obtained her associate
degree in the dental field from Lake Area
Technical Institute. Now she works full-time
as a dental assistant while continuing her
education with a bachelor's program in
health science. In addition to her work and
studies, Brooke Kuecker also serves as a life-
time member of the Veterans of Foreign
Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
3. The Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies
Auxiliary hosts an annual Patriotic Art
Contest to encourage students in high
school to create artwork celebrating our
national heritage. Winners of the contest
receive scholarships worth as much as
$10,000 for first place, which also covers
travel costs and lodging for the National
Convention, where the Ladies Auxiliary
displays the best entries from the contest.
