  geophysical methods (Data acquisition, data
  processing, interpretation)

Title!Qc the log dataGenerate the syntheticBlablablaWhy blank cells and red and yellow?The seismic data in wtchy farm is not zero phase, convert to zero phase allows better identifying horizons to pick. As well as ensure the well top match the seismic picks, Four steps of well tie : 1. QC log data 2. log calibration 3. generate sytheticseisomogram by constructing the convolution model (reflection series with wavelet) and compare the synthetics with the actual data from the wells 4. choose the correct wavelet that makes the synthetics match the most of the seismic, phase rotation converts the seismic data to zero phase.
