Every business application gets its start in life automating a business process, whether its to manage your customer interaction or financials, the goal is to streamline, and structure your business process for efficiency.

Products: Jaspersoft Professional Edition La Farge: LaFarge is a manufacturer of construction materials. They are using JasperServer Open Source for an ERP Solution. Product: JS Community, Customer Type: Standalone GGB: GGB defined very specific requirements for its BI landscape. It wanted a uniform solution that would display all key sales indicators at a glance. Every employee, regardless of location, must be able to access the system and create reports with a single click. In addition, a high degree of availability had to be built into the reporting platform, and it needed to interface with GGB ’ s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and pull out the data it required in real time.
Jaspersoft has the unique capability of connecting natively to a variety of datasources, whether its relational or not, including Big Data, beyond just Hadoop Hive, but Mongo, Casandra, and more. And when we say native connectivity at Jaspersoft, we mean our BI server called JasperReports Server, can directly connect to a source system. We do not require an ETL tool like most vendors do to enable this connectivity. We have an ETL solution and in some cases where you want to extract and transform your data, then load into another environment, we can do that too using the leading open source ETL tool in the market in Talend.
