ICD-10 goes into effect on October 1, 2015 and will bring many changes including a large increase in the number of diagnostic codes, requirements for specifying anatomical location and encounter type, and impacts to cash flow during the transition period. symptoms, manifestations and/or complications with a

subsequent or sequela.
