This document proposes a mobile application using image recognition techniques to help farmers identify diseases affecting their crops. The app would allow farmers to take pictures of diseased plants or plant parts and receive an identification of the disease along with recommended treatments. The goal is to help farmers diagnose issues early when damage can be minimized, even if they lack knowledge of plant diseases. It estimates the cost to create such an app at 35,000 INR and lists the three team members who would develop it.

ABSTRACT:-
In this we presents a survey on methods that use digital image processing
techniques to detect, quantify and classify plant diseases from digital images in
the visible spectrum. Although disease symptoms can manifest in any part of the
plant, only methods that explore visible symptoms in leaves and stems were
considered. In this, a plant disease recognition method is proposed based on
plant images. Based on the diseases the required treatments which include
pesticides and methods to treat it.
OBJECTIVES:-
 It is easy to identify the disease and it can be treated if the farmer is
unawareabout it.
 Farmer can find the disease in early stage so that damage can be
minimized.

WORKING PROCESS:-
By the help of mobile we have to take the picture of the plant or any specific part
of the plant like leaf, stem etc which have been affected. This mobile application
will able to recognize the picture and identify the disease .An output is displayed
with the complete details of disease. And also provides required treatment and
pesticides or any eco-friendly medicine like urea etc. so that, farmer who don’t
have knowledge about this disease also can save their crops form the huge
damage.
