2. 1) Staying Hydrate will prevent muscle cramps and pain.
2) Warming up with stretches before and after swinging will prevent
sprain on your muscles.
3. 3) Distributing the weight evenly on the balls of your feet will help with
balance.
4) Taking a practice swing will help prepare your muscle for when you
take your big swings.
4. 5) Limit the weight of your golf bag to no more than 10% of your body
weight
6) Bending your knees and hips when lifting heavy clubs distributes the
weight throughout the body
5. 7 ) Wearing comfortable golf shoes will put less stress on your back.
