Fun Facts about Seals:-Male seals are darker in color while females are lighter.-Male seals weigh approximately three-hundred to eight-hundred pounds while females weigh on average two-hundred to five-hundred pounds.-A seals diet usually consists of squid, shrimp and a variety of fish.-The average lifespan of a seal is between thirty and forty years.-There are eighteen species of seals.
Alligator
Fun Facts about Alligators:-Alligators and their relatives are the last of the living reptiles that were closely related to dinosaurs. -Female alligators lay between 20 to 60 eggs and protect them during the incubation period - about sixty-five days. -Alligators have a life span of approx 30 years in the wild and up to 50 years in captivity. -Alligators are cold blooded; they do not make their own body heat. They gain body heat by sunbathing.
Penguin
Fun Facts about Penguins:-They adapt to various climates. -Penguins communicate with each other through body language. -Their body is insulated with a thick layer of blubber that keeps them warm. -They can walk faster than humans. -They can hold their breath for about 20 minutes under water.
