Workplace Harassment:
                                                              Prevention and the Law

Costly litigation and settlement can not only make a dramatic financial impact on your organization, but can also affect
the company image and morale of your workforce. By educating employees and supervisors on appropriate and prohibited
behavior, organizations minimize the risk of legal issues and create a positive and welcoming environment.

Workplace Harassment: Prevention and the Law™ uses over 20
interactive scenario dramatizations. These episodic scenarios engage
the learner through realistic character development and clarify the types of
behavior prohibited by the employer’s sexual/non harassment policy and
the impact of harassment. In addition, these scenarios demonstrate different
ways of stopping unwelcome behavior.

The course is available in multiple versions to suit your organization’s
training needs, and is the only e-learning Harassment course written by
a subject matter expert with over 38 years of live harassment and
discrimination training experience. Our content expert, Stephen Anderson, was appointed to California’s Blue Ribbon
Advisory Commission that reviewed and drafted the state’s harassment training regulations.
