I currently lead Program Management for the Customer Success engineering team (Tiger) for Big Data and Advanced Analytics within the Data Group at Microsoft. In the past, I was a Senior Premier Field Engineer at Microsoft specializing in proactive and advisory assistance for SQL Server environments. I focus on Replication, Always On Availability Groups, Big Data and Advanced Analytics. In a previous role, I was also part of the SQL Server Escalation Services team at Microsoft.
