It explains that establishing shots set the scene and context, long shots show people arriving/leaving or their size relative to objects, mid shots show people talking or their reactions, close ups focus on facial expressions, extreme close ups zoom in on details of the face, low angles make subjects seem powerful while high angles make them seem weak, and over the shoulder, two shot, and shot reverse shot are used to frame conversations between characters.
