The Japanese attitude towards work is that if a task can be done, one should do it themselves, and if no one else is able to do a task, then they must do it themselves. The Middle Eastern attitude is more relaxed - if someone else is able to do a task, they should let them do it, and if no one can do a task, then there is no ability for them to do it either.
