3. Onboarding process-Identify lead/Prospect creation
Prospect creation process
Prospect request is created in IV banker(IVB) by the banker
Details such as prospect time, contact info, country /location, banker, company,
estimated net worth, sector are captured by the banker in the prospect creation form .
A name check is performed while creating a new prospect.
Prospect approval process is a part of CRM module. The request will be reviewed and
approved by the business manager or specific set of approvers.
Once approval is obtained, a new relationship and member is created in Onesource &
Inview.
Call report- any communication in between banker and client is captured in the call
report.
Pipeline- a process of overseeing & directing future sales in various stages
Call report is also a part of CRM module
In future , the entire prospect creation, approval, call report creation, pipeline will be
part of Salesforce.
