1. Credit Card summons help?
I have received summons from a credit card company that I have to answer by marc
ch 15th at 8 am. My question is I have lost my job and have no way of paying thi
s debt. All of the options to answer this summons are along the lines of This de
bt isn't correct". That isn't the case. The debt is correct I just can't pay it.
Do I just show up on March 15th and tell whomever is there? I don't know how an
