Average growth rate reported by them (vendors) is 30%. Statutory provision for Onsite
Health Clinic is present in four Sectors namely: Construction, Port, Mining and Factories. Big
corporate players with employee size >500 provide onsite clinics as a perquisite to
employees. Various corporate houses like TATAs, Reliance have been providing this facility,
not only to its employees but also to public at large. Multi National Clients provide to
maintain international standards. OHC acts a good tool to retain talent and reduce

in Construction and Education Sector. tPA’s reported year on year premium paid by
companies have almost doubled indicating the need for better employee health management
by companies.
Companies are unable to get the best value out of available date. Thus we designed a
“Predictive Value for Health Risk”, Cost Benefit Analysis Template, Cost Avoidance Model
