In order to successfully handle such a large flow of information
and to Practice Mindfulness, following tips may be useful….
 Mindfulness Tip 1 – Accept the situation in the present moment
as it is, do not analyse, don’t Judge - Right or Wrong
 Mindfulness Tip 2 – Be Free from distractions of Past memories
and Future imaginations. Do not move like a pendulum.
 Mindfulness Tip 3 – Do regular Meditation…it helps to improve
Mindfulness or present moment awareness
1) We can fully utilize our potential & time by mindfulness which
eventually increases the Working Efficiency.
2) Being mindful, we are free from the clutches of past & future
which Leads to Reduced Stress & Happy Working.
3) Mindfulness creates Healthy Working Environment which is
very much required for Team building.
4) Mindfulness leads to Zero Accident. You should note, Accident
may takes place only when we are absent from the present.
Benefits of Mindful Working
Greater Health & Happiness
Benefits may be tapped by extending the
Mindfulness practice to various other activities like
Eating, Driving, Listening, Speaking, Watching TV, Videos etc.
5) Mindfulness is useful tool for improving office Productivity.
Moreover, it significantly improves Quality & Cost Performance
which in turn improves the balance sheet.
Mindful Eating = Happy Eating
Eye-To See the Colours & Beauty
Skin-To Feel the Touch & Warmth
Ear-To Listen to the Sounds of Chewing
Nose-To Smell the fragrance
Tongue-To Take the Full Taste
1) Do not Switch on TV/Mobile
2) Do not Talk in between…Keep Silence
3) Be there in Present Moment

Pay Gratitude
 Think about how the Food, Fruit and Drink has come to you, the
supply chain and the processes Involved…
 Farmer produced the crop with the help of mother earth, water,
sun, electricity, tractor, ox, steel net for barricade etc…
 The crop reached to mills, to store, to cook, to table & utensils…
 Mentally pay gratitude to all these resources i.e. man, machine,
materials, Nature etc…
 Finally, thank Lord! you are healthy enough to eat, taste & enjoy!
