3. Homoeopathic medical facilities by DTE of ISM & Homoeopathy were provided for treatment
of general OPD patients under valuable guidance of Deputy Director Dr. Surender Verma and
CDMO (East-zone)- Dr. Promila Malhotra and overall supervision of Dr. Shipra Goel (Chief
Medical officer) along with subordinate staff. Homoeopathic stall was visited by patients
numbered 157 and appreciated by Dignitaries also. Apart from the homoeopathic treatment,
patients visiting Homoeopathic stall were also provided general information about long term
benefits of Homoeopathic system of medicines and guidance about medical
facilities/treatment provided by Homoeopathic department, ear-by dispensaries, future
follow-up. Pamphlets were also distributed to patients while posters and banners were
suitably displayed to attract more and more visitors/patients.
Dr. Brender Sharma (in-charge, Central Homoeopathic Drug stores Himmatpuri) extended full
hearted cooperation to provide adequate homoeopathic medicines and sundries etc.
under special indent essentially required for the mega camp.
In a nut shell, efforts made to propagate Homeopathy as first line of treatment were
successfully achieved.
