4. ORA THAKE ODHARE
SYNOPSIS
Two families (originally from both sides of bengal) stay in
two opposite flats. Harimohan, his wife, son chanchal and
a daughter. Shibdas with his wife, brother in law, his sister
(who comes in later) and his niece minu (who lost her
parents when she was young).
There are a lot of fights about cultural issues, with hilda
and prawns, between east bengal and mohunbagan etc.
But underlying is minus love for chanchal. And the families
who once wanted to become in-law’s suddenly finding
themselves on the opposite side of the wall. It takes a lot
of quiet sacrifices and challenging circumstances to bring
the families to a happy union.
