Background
The Real Estate Website and Data Management System (REDM) is an online
real estate software web application that manage the overall operational
activities and processes, starting from the management of the property, to
the management of the real estate website agencies, agents and clients.
It provides comprehensive reports for managing the real estate agency
performance and efficiency and enables the management for a better
decision making.
Weather you operate 10 properties or 1000, REDM is affordable for all sizes
of sales. It’s scale smoothly to your requirements.
As complete real estate management website, can provide your business
with immediate and ongoing benefits, meaning better margin and cost-
efficiency in all aspects of the business.
Objective
The vision of the website application to give maximum benefits to sellers
and buyers of the real estate industry.

The seller will able to upload their properties to this online platform to
attract more people (buyer) to purchase their particular property.
The seller will not require to depends on agents because they will directly
get the customer (buyer). In this way, they don’t need to pay agent’s
commission.
In similar way, The buyer will also don’t need real estate broker to find best
property in their favorite location. Of course, they will also not require to
give unnecessary commission to the real estate brokers.
REDM website application will be ideal solution for this 21st
century,
because people are more use online website in their Mobile and Desktop to
find the best properties and deals.

The real estate industry is one of the most powerful industry which require
modern solution to keep grow.
In current digital era, the manual and face-to-face deals are bit time
consuming, there should be some digital solution to make it faster and
easy.
To resolve it digitally, we should prepare one real-estate online platform
which provide best solution for meetup of sellers and buyers.

That means, Sellers can easily show their properties as portfolio to all the
interested buyers.
One of the important problem is about “fees” of real-estate brokers which
is bit unnecessary.
Currently the buyers need to at particular place which is very wasting of
time and energy. The buyer can easily search their favorite location by
using this REDM web application with their Mobiles, Tablet and Desktop.
In short, the main problem is that, currently it’s bit hard to easily connect
seller and buyer. With the REDM online web application, both can easily
connect together.
Requirement Specification
The REDM online website application should be easily manageable by non-
technical administrators and users.
The backend management should provide to manage all the content and
pages.
Administrator can be easily add and configure real-estate properties.
According to industry standards, the website should be view well in
Desktop, Tablet and Mobile with best user experience.
Sellers should received an Email notification, whenever particular buyer is
interest and fill-up the contact form for particular property.

Frontend development of the website should be as same as “website
design” which will be provided in PSD (Photoshop File). Also, try to care as
much as possible with Pixel perfect design.
We need to make sure about cross-browsers and cross-devices
compatibility to give best experience to the website users and visitors.
Website should be load faster, so take care about speed and performances
of the website.
In the same way, It should be “secure”.

o Initiate the project with PSD to HTML Frontend Development.
o In Frontend integration phase, need to complete each and every
pages of website eg., Landing page, about us page, properties pages
etc.,
o Backend development needs custom modules like Login, Manage
Properties, Manage Contacts etc.,
QA Testing and Bug Fixing
o Quality of the project is very important.
o So, Need to-do QC (Quality Check) and QA (Quality Assurance)
Testing.
o To find the buges, Make sure to-drive each cross-browsers and cross-
compatibilities.
o Need to resolve each bugs and also review it.
