committee aswell asexternal regulators,consultants,clients,etc.
5. Preparingorreviewingandnegotiatingtransactiondocumentationtoensure the interest
companyhas beenlegallyprotected.
6. To provide legal reviewingandopinionforanycontract and legal document
7. Complytothe regulatingbankingpoliciesandprocedures
8. Handlingdispute settlement(Litigation,BusinessLaw &Industrial Relation)
9. HandlingCustomerComplaintsettlement
