5.FIXED ASSETS ---------- any non trading item 
which could be used for more than one year. 
(e.g : computer ; machine ; furniture for office use) 
6.DIRECT EXPENSE -------- Carriage Inward ; 
Carriage outward ; Packaging ; Wages.

7. INDIRECT EXPENSE -------- any expense 
other than direct expense & and non 
trading item which would be used for less 
than one year. ( e.g. :- rent ; stationary ; 
travelling expense etc) 
8.INDIRECT INCOME --------- any income other 
than trading goods (e.g. discount received etc ) 
9. INVESTMENT ------------- any financial product 
( e.g.:- bonds ; shares etc)
