Scenario
You are a senior leader at Left News Media Corp. who has been
asked to write the featured article for the organization’s
quarterly newsletter. You have decided to focus your newsletter
article on team dynamics and developing teams that are
collaborative and focused on group success over individual
outcomes. Your hope is to renew and refresh your
organization’s focus on team work and team development. You
also want to refocus the team on the importance of creating a
“we” culture because you recognize the value and importance of
this dynamic within the organization.
