another ethnic group. This usually involves
internal changes in terms of attitudes and
values. Awareness and sensitivity also refer to
the qualities of openness and flexibility that
people develop in relation to others.
Develop awareness: take a look at your own
biases and prejudices, become aware of
cultural norms, attitudes, and beliefs, and
value diversity;
7. Enlarging Network
Your network is your most valuable asset for
having success in this new economy. The key
is to systematically develop it and I will share
with you why being generous and helping
others is the only way to unleash its full
potential.
When building and developing your network remember these
