1. To,
The Managing Director,
Nomura.
Sub: Salary not paid.
Respected Sir,
Hello! My name is Apoorva M. Sheth. I am from India, Mumbai. I worked with Nomura Technologies
India Pvt Ltd. from 7th Feb, 2011 to 28th Feb, 2011 as "IT Service Desk Executive". I was being asked to
leave my job only b'coz I did not show my work experience of 2 weeks with Intelenet Global Services Pvt
Ltd. which is a BPO based in Mumbai.
Sir, as I didn’t accomplish anything during my 2 weeks of tenure with Intelenet, I felt that it will be
pointless & irrelevant to provide such experience on my Resume therefore; I decided to not have the
same printed on my Resume. It can be treated as non-disclosure of information and my reason of this
non-disclosure was absolutely genuine. But, the concerned department in Nomura built up a different
point view towards this. They treat this as a fake experience and therefore, my Nomura ID Card was
taken away and being asked to leave immediately. I would not like to further comment on this decision
of Nomura but, the reason of sending this feedback is that I haven’t been paid my Salary for the period I
was associated with Nomura. I had given my complete efforts towards my work and worked with great
dedication and sincerity. My documentation work was also perfect & appreciable and so was my talking
and understanding skills with the internal employers whom I provide technical support.
I will greatly appreciate & much kind of you if my salary could be released by Nomura & credited
in my ICICI Bank A/c # 037701513940. Also, at the end of this message, all I would like to say as per my
knowledge, that an experience can be considered as Fake only if I haven’t worked with an ABC or XYZ
company but the same have been shown on my Resume during my interview with Nomura.
Thanks for your time, patience and understanding! Have a Nice Day!
Regards,
Apoorva M. Sheth
