• Who was the Immigration Consultant (Member) representing you?
Ans. My Immigration Consultant Member was Mr. Rajesh Randev.
• Did you sign a Retainer Agreement? If so, please provide
Ans. No, As Prowest Immigration Consultant, they never sent Retainer Agreement to us. He just
only provide us Payment Receipt.
• Did you sign a use of representative form? If so, please provide
Ans. No, they never provided me Representative Form.
• What professional fees were you charged? Did you receive a receipt? If so, please provide
Ans. Yes, CAD $ 2500 were charged from me. Yes I received a receipt from Prowest Immigration
Consultant. Copy is hereby attached for your reference.
• What services did the Member provide you?
Ans. No service was provided by that Member (Mr. Rajesh Randev). Even, they did not provide
us
any file number/ UCI number or any kind of guidance.
• What services did the Member fail to provide you?
Ans. They fail to provide us all the service like: they did not provide us file number/ UCI
number or
any kind of guidance. He only received from my side but failed to provide any kind of
service
related to my file.
• Did you have any concerns with the services the Member provided you?
Ans. Member never provide any service to me.
• Did the Member assist you with an employment offer? If so, provide details.

Ans. Yes, my case was for the Employment Offer, but he failed to do so. He only grab my money
and he did not provide any kind of service related to my file.

I Ajay Singh Rana declare you that my consultant (Member) for Immigration was Rajesh Randev (Prowest
Immigration Inc. Vancouver). There is no retainer agreement or Representative form was provided by
Rajesh Randev moreover up to till date I have not receive any file information or any update of my case so
that’s why I can say that there is no service provide by your member to me after receiving $5000 from me
in two installments. In the end I request you kindly investigate this complaint very seriously, as the IRCC
Member receive money but do nothing. This all is cheating and I also see online views about Rajesh
Randev, they cheat with many innocent peoples and international students.

Yes, I am very happy, there should be strict action against such ICCRC member, who are just spoiling
future of people like us.
1. Mr. Rajesh Randev ICCRC member was the Immigration Consultant.
2. No Retainer Agreement was provided by him to us.
3. No, Paramjit told us representative form will come through Mr. Rajesh Randev but nothing
came.
4. Yes, $5000 CDN was paid, in two installments, but no receipt was received from Mr.
Randev. In fact I had to pressure Mr. Paramjit for refund and he refund my whole amount
from his pocket.
5. This is a main problem, no service was provided by that ICCRC member even after taking
the money.
6. Member did not provide any services i.e. PNP.
7. Mam, I really want you people to take step against such fraud people, who don’t provide
any services after taking money.
8. Payment was taken for complete PR process, but no single service was given by them.
