Creating the full marketing plan for each event and manage the implementation of the plan
Collecting market intelligence that provides Ad Age insights on event attendees at our own
events and competitive events including their feedback on events and ticket buying criteria.
Growing and managing event marketing databases
Building a network of creative freelancers to develop all marketing materials for each event
(based on established brand guidelines)
Collaborating with the event managers and producers to communicate the value proposition
of each event to the sales team and help guide the development of the sales tools that
support the selling of sponsorships
