University Society Responsibilities
• Current Publicity Officer for Student Scout and Guide Group. My
main role is to create an advertising campaign to attract new
members at the start of term. Plans so far include a poster
campaign combined with a social media competition. There are
also plans for a video advert to be made which will be shown
before films at the Student Cinema. Responsibilities also include:
Running of the social media pages (Twitter and Facebook);
Organising society events and attending committee meetings to
discuss upcoming events along with any issues arising in the
club.

• Represented my borough in numerous debating competitions including:

• Played Hockey for Kingston in London Youth games three times, twice as
goalie.

• December 2012 – August 2013; Saturday assistant East Molesey Library,
Surrey. Responsibilities included dealing with public inquiries.
• Summer 2012 - Worked with David Weare (Weare Art) painting the set artwork
for Heston Blumenthal's cookery TV programme.
• My main interest is Art, in particular Illustration and Graphic Design.

and the official photographer for school trip to Germany and for Languages
Week.
• Taught art at local Primary Schools in 2009 and 2012.
• Member of Guide unit till 2009, where I organised a number of charity events.
• Young Leader of Brownie unit since 2010, due to undergo Full Leadership
training in 2014.
• Coached winning younger members of my school debating team.
• Member of Surbiton Hockey Club, captained the colts sides on numerous
occasions, attend regular weekly Goalie training since 2004. Played for Mid
Surrey Ladies (2009-2010) and as regular goalie for Surbiton Ladies (2010-12);
UAL (2012-13) and Loughborough Town (2013 – Present Day). Voted player
of the match on numerous occasions.
• Drama: have attended drama sessions organised in Kingston and have
appeared in various school plays.
• Designed and produced set and props for local borough drama society, as well
as helped to produce them on a professional level during my 2012 work
experience.
• Cooking: enjoy making cakes and producing meat dishes.
• Mayoress of Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames 2009-2010, raising
money for homelessness charities. This was during my GCSE year and at the
time I was London's youngest Mayoress.
