Margarita Simmons<br />South Lake Tahoe, Ca. <br />February 4, 2009<br />To Whom It May Concern:<br />While Angela Russo was a manager at Sierra Garden Apartments in South Lake Tahoe she was consistent in conducting herself in a professional, helpful and courteous manner. She excelled at problem solving, conflict resolution and was very informative and courteous. She always went above and beyond her required duties for us and was fair and just to all the residents. Angela is a wonderful person and has a special quality that makes her a great apartment manager. It takes a special person to work with such a diverse group, to keep everyone happy, run an organized office, maintain a professional atmosphere and also remain friendly and courteous. Angela is a qualified, competent, professional person who took her job here seriously and dedicated herself to making Sierra Gardens a safe and enjoyable place to live. She initiated and created functions such as an apartment community yard sale- where she provided refreshments & pizzas, opened her home to the children by throwing a wonderful Christmas party, complete with a Christmas movie, games, eggnog, face painting, cookies and stocking stuffers- and even the adults were welcomed in to share in the fun. She also threw a wonderful summer/fall event where she provided a band for entertainment and barbequed for everyone; all residents were included by bringing potluck dishes to share. It was so much fun- she always posted pictures of the events in our community laundry room. Angela is a sweet and thoughtful person with a great heart and excellent management skills. Our apartment complex went through many changes for the better while she was here. Work orders were finally done in a timely manner and done right! The grounds were being kept up, issues were resolved and the overall feeling of our community improved. She took pride in her job and it showed. She has created many wonderful memories here and brought life to our complex. She made it feel like a community and brought us together all the while working hard in the office and maintaining the property. She is greatly missed by the residents here.
