83% of MDA employees believe that diversity is important in the workplace
95% of MDA employees say they are open-minded to the ideas of people with different views and opinions
96% of MDA employees believe that they show respect for all class levels regardless of level or classification, age, gender, race or other differences
56% of MDA employees believe the department is diverse
Less than half of MDA employees (43%) believe the process of promotion is based on their skills, abilities, and experiences
