Most teenagers do not sleep the amount of
hours needed for their mental and physical
development and for their mental health.
They don't have the best notes at the school
due to they don't have the necesary rest.
They can also have mental problems or
problems in their physical development.

sleep among 9 hours. Never should be a lower number of
hours. Its also bad for teens' health sleep more than 10 or
11 hours becase they will probably feel tired and sleepy.
They will feel full energized with 8 hours of rest.
Otherwise there are others theories that think they should
sleep as long as they can. Body will wake up when it feels it
has rested enough. However not many people agree with
them.

Sleeping well is ones of the key for our body to
stay healthy and prevent mental health problems.
Those young people who went to bed at
midnight, had a 24% higher risk of depression
and 20% more likely to have suicidal ideation
than those who went to bed at 10 pm
Emotional disorders are not only these, also the
less sleep than necessary at night can result in
less ability to cope with daily stress, damages the
family and social relationships, affects judgment,
concentration and impulse control

In one study, over 90% of adolescents reported that they slept less
than nine hours per night, while 10% reported that they slept less
than six hours
The majority of teenagers goes to bed at midnight and begin to
sleep at 1 am. They can't wake up at 7 am for go to school and
then they go late or they can pay atention in this classes .
